Treatment and Services
Our clinicians are extensively trained and equipped to offer a range of therapeutic modalities. We acknowledge the individuality of each client's needs, understanding that no single approach is universally applicable. Clinicians and clients work collaboratively to choose therapeutic intervention approaches that suit their needs.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Our psychologists provide psychological assessments and evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults encountering a range of challenges, including emotional, social, behavioral, and educational hurdles. They offer guidance in honing coping skills for issues such as:
Anxiety and worry
Depression and low mood
Adjustment difficulties and developmental transitions
Reactions to trauma
Grief and loss
Behavioural difficulties
Anger management
Difficulties related to having a developmental disorder, including Autism Spectrum Disorder
In addition to therapy services, our psychologists offer cognitive, academic and autism assessments.
Fees
General psychology 50 minute appointment $200
NDIS Participants welcome, fees are charged as per NDIS support catalogue reccomended rates

Located in Upper Caboolture, just 10 minutes from Morayfield, our clinic offers a safe and welcoming environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a confidential setting. Our team are here to listen, understand, and empower you to make positive changes in your life.
Frequently Asked Questions
Expect to be made to feel comfortable and safe in the private clinic environment.
The majority of your first session with your therapist will be spent getting to know one another. You will discuss why you’ve come and you will work together to identify goals for therapy.
It might be helpful for you to think about what you want to gain from therapy prior to your appointment.
Sessions run for 50 minutes.
You do not need a referral to book an appointment.
You may be able to claim a rebate from private health insurance for psychology sessions, but you will need to contact your insurance provider for further information.

If an appointment is cancelled at late notice, it is unlikely that this gap will be filled. This means that other clients have lost an appointment opportunity.
With this in mind, we have a strict cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide us with at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of your session rate, payable before your next session. No rebate is available for unattended sessions.
